Adoption Circle November Newsletter 2025

Although the calendar doesn’t indicate it is winter, the snow on the ground definitely says otherwise. We love the brisk, cold temps in Ohio, and thankful that the snow in that state up north, possibly contributed to a BUCKEYE WIN!! O-H! 😊 We are excited to take a look back at November events.

November Recap

National Adoption Awareness Month is observed in November. Established nationally in 1995, the month raises awareness about the importance of adoption; while also honoring adoptive families, birth parents, and adoption professionals. For almost 35 years, Adoption Circle has played a vital role in this mission. It is very humbling to have adoptive parents and birthparents entrust Adoption Circle to facilitate their adoption plans. It is a responsibility that we do not take lightly. Our agency emphasizes compassion, trust, and lifelong relationships between adoptive families, birth families, and children, ensuring that each adoption plan is both emotionally supportive and legally sound.

In honor of National Adoption Awareness Month, our agency did extensive outreach to hospitals, clinics and health centers. We provided the facilities with a small gift and a note that read “Hands Down- you’re the Best Around!” We wanted to acknowledge the people in the community who work hand in hand with us in providing our birthparents with excellent care. We can’t say enough how honored we are to continue to have the reputation we have in the adoption community, and to be trusted by so many professionals in the community.

It is so appropriate that we recognize National Adoption Awareness Month and Thanksgiving in the same month. Thanksgiving has a focus on family, togetherness and gratitude. During the month of November, Adoption Circle highlights the courage of birthparents, the love of adoptive families, and the importance of adoption in building families. We are always so thankful to our families and birthparents.

Adoption Possibilities

We want to highlight the not for profit organization Adoption Possibilities. The organization recently completed their first fundraiser and provided an Adoption Circle family with the first Adoption Grant. THANK-YOU Betsy and Adoption Possibilities. The organization is looking raise money for their next adoption grant. A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF BIRTH PARENT SERVICES

Hello! Here we are…with the finish line in sight!!  Last big push to create magic and end this year with a bang! 😊 As parents we know that the holiday season is very special for little ones. So many of our birthparents have experienced financial hardships this year and will not be able to create the holiday magic for the children that they are parenting. PLEASE consider making a donation to the Adoption Circle Annual Toy Drive. We focus on the families that we have served in the past year who have very limited resources; the families that we believe will LITERALLY not have a Christmas without our help!!! In addition to toys for the children, when possible, we purchase Christmas trees, Christmas stockings and dinner for the families. All donations are a tax deduction. Please consider being one of Santa’s elves and bring a sparkle to a child’s eyes this month. YES VIRGINIA, (and Theo, Jason and Sarah) THERE IS A SANTA CLAUS!!!

You can donate at the following link: DONATE

Hoping everyone enjoys the rest of December and can’t wait to share what a success our Annual Toy Drive is! Please follow us on our social medial platforms. FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube
