1.Review Adoption Circle’s online Information Packet

2. Complete Adoption Circle Agency Application and ODJFS 1691 Application for Child Placement.

3. Print the completed Agency and ODJFS applications. Sign both applications.

4. Include the $200.00 non-refundable application fee, Adoption Circle will accept check or money order made payable to Adoption Circle.
*The Agency does not accept credit cards.

5. Return the completed, signed application and application fee to:

Columbus, Ohio 43215.

6. When your application is received it will be reviewed to make sure that it is complete. If it is not complete Adoption Circle will contact you to resolve the issue.

7. Adoption Circle will send you a letter that your application was received and that you are scheduled to attend one of the Agency’s quarterly Orientation and Education meetings.

8. You will then attend the 7 hour Orientation and Education Meeting (O & E). The O & E meetings are held in Columbus, Ohio and are usually scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

* This meeting will provide you with the information on the next steps in your adoption journey with Adoption Circle.
